IN CO2 EMISSIONS

By incorporating biocircular PVC into our vinyl flooring, we are reducing our dependance on virgin fossil materials. This marks an important milestone in our transition to a circular economy. With this innovative composition, the carbon footprint of this collection is cut by 40% compared to our similar vinyl flooring.*

*Third-party verification following a Cradle-to-Gate Life Cycle Assessment, in accordance with ISO 14044 and the requirements of EN15804+A2. For the time being, we do not claim full compliance with this standard, as no EPD has yet been generated or published.

PVC FROM 100% BIOCIRCULAR
ATTRIBUTED RESOURCES

100% of the PVC used in the Twilight collection is made from renewable plantbased raw materials. More specifically, we incorporate biological residues, which helps to preserve our planet’s resources:

  • tall oil, a by-product generated during paper pulp manufacture
  • used cooking oil

INDEPENDENTLY
CERTIFIED

This volume of biocircular PVC is attributed according to the Mass Balance concept. The flow of bio-based and recycled raw materials is tracked throughout the value chain, attributing specific quantities of certified raw materials at each stage of the manufacturing process.

The Twilight collection has been awarded the international recognized ISCC+ certification. This international standard certifies the traceability of raw materials derived from biomass or recycling from production to processing.

GLUE-FREE INSTALLATION

Installation is quick and easy, thanks to the use of double-sided adhesive around the edges of the room and at any joints. Taking glue out of the equation has a positive impact on human health and sustainable development, as it allows the flooring to be reused or recycled at the end of its life.

OPTIMAL INDOOR AIR QUALITY

Twilight has been awarded Floorscore® certification and A+ indoor air emission* labelling. Thanks to significantly lower Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions than required in Europe, it meets today’s health and environmental challenges.

*Information on the level of volatile substance emissions into indoor air, indicating a potential risk of toxicity through inhalation, rated on a scale ranging from A+ (very low emissions) to C (high emissions).
